Problem Statement

CRO is a tactic in which you test certain elements of your website in order to increase the rate at which someone converts, or completes a goal. 

Being a new client, we needed to understand the performance gap first before making design decisions. There are various aspects of a site audit that impacts its conversion rate and being a UX consultant, it is important that the proposed design recommendations were backed with data.

Challenge

A CRO audit should include every aspect of the site that impacts the purchase making decisions of users coming to the site. Some of the aspects of our audit included:
